Broken Promises
This is a pretty long read from Politico that was published in June. It is very interesting and I highly recommend you read all of it. The information really does give insight into the Democrat's current plight concerning the African-American vote, and why many of the things we are seeing on the news is happening. The African-American vote is something the Democrats count on; they take it for granted. This election is a big problem for the Dems because their candidate is somebody who does not excite the African-American community. As a matter of fact, Biden has many votes over his 50 years in politics that has hurt the African-American community. The Democrats confidently count on at least 9 out of 10 voters in this community voting for the Democrat, they just check the box without expecting to have to work for that vote. On Feb 24th, Politico wrote another article about Democrats under-performance with Black voters. So, you are now seeing racial justice "peaceful protests", which turn into riots and looting. What is interesting is that in the cities where you are seeing riots, those riots are full of white Antifa members; very seldom do I see a news report from a Portland riot that shows black people. In cities where looting is happening, thugs breaking into stores stealing big screens and Nikes are on display, all in the name of racial justice. You know what you don't see is the MSM walking into predominately black neighborhoods asking hard working, honest, law-abiding citizens what they want from this election? No, because those people do not help them with their agenda. The MSM and the Democrats falsely define the black community as those people you see on the nightly news destroying their cities; that is a false and slanderous narrative. Democrat cities are trying to help Biden by promising to defund the police. Why is all of this happening? Do you think any of this is really going to spur Democrats to create long-term change? Do you really think any of these cities are really going to indefinitely defund the police? Do you think Democrats really want to give reparations for slavery? Do you think Democrats really want to turn inner city schools into gold star schools? Do you think Democrats really care about the "school to prison" pipeline? Of course they don't. Why don't they want to solve these problems? Why didn't they solve these problems during 8 years of Obama? Because Democrats always need these problems to exist in the African American community so that they can promise solutions in the next election. Why do you think the Democrats immediately attack any black conservative voice, even using racist terms, when those voices tell the African-American community there is another way? Because Democrats are illusionists and they believe, mistakenly, the African-American community will always fall for their illusions. They pull promises out from under a handkerchief at every election cycle all while distracting people to keep them from realizing those are the same broken promises from the last election. The Democrats do not fear that the majority of black voters are going to vote for Trump, they fear that a larger number of them, 15%, will and even more will not show up to vote for Biden, and I think that is a legitimate fear. They fear those black voters who will not show up to the polls to vote for Biden more than they do the ones that will show up to vote for Trump. I think this community could possibly open the Democrats eyes this election. I honestly do believe the African-American community deserves more than broken promises. So does Trump, that is why African-American unemployment was lower than ever until COVID, and will be again if Trump wins.
