Out of Hand

I am a news junkie and I usually make my rounds through 3 or 4 different news sites every morning, even CNN and NBC. What I found interesting this morning is that on the CNN and NBC sites, on their main page, there is no mention of the CPI that came out yesterday, which was worse than they even predicted, nor was there any mention of the average cost of gas hitting $5. At least I could find the $5 story if I scrolled down far enough into the second page, but I did not see the CPI story or any story about what that means for us. CNN had three bold headlines across the top, one of those was why Wendy's founder named the fast food chain after his daughter, and also on the main page of CNN was a story on Snoop Dog's joint roller making $50k. Obviously, these are the stories we are most concerned about. Do you remember seeing the videos a couple of years ago about the Venezuelan food crisis where people were eating garbage? That story didn't start with people eating garbage, it started with an unchecked administration, an energy crisis, hyperinflation, and a media that was controlled by the government so that people didn't realize how bad it was until they went to the store one day and noticed items missing from the shelves and assumed it would fix itself. We have sticker shock when we go to the pump and go to the store, but we haven't even begun to see the real impact that hyperinflation and our energy shortage are going to have. One doesn't have to be a political guru to identify key things that are being done by our government to solve these problems, can you name 3 meaningful things this administration is doing to solve these issues? Solving the energy crisis, which is doable, would go a long way in solving our inflation crisis, but that can't be done with green energy.
