Redistribution

What does redistribution of wealth look like? Most of us think of it as the Democrat's tax and spend policies, but there are new, creative methods for redistribution of wealth. The attached article shows a DA who has now set guidelines for arresting looters. A police officer must consider several factors before arresting an individual for looting. One of those being, “was the theft committed for financial gain or personal need?” If a person breaks down the doors of a business for a pair of Jordan's or a big screen Samsung, did they need those shoes? It doesn't matter that the store owner invested in those shoes and needs his inventory protected to stay in business, because the supposed need of the thief becomes more important than the need of the law-abiding store owner. Don't worry, this will not just be limited to businesses, these factors will eventually be considered when one is trying to defend their personal property in their homes. Eventually, we will see police officers having to ask these questions when they are deciding who to arrest, the home owner who shot the person for breaking in or the person who was the intruder. The intruder had a need and the homeowner violated the intruders rights by stopping him, that day is coming. A little side note here: They do not need to completely do away with the 2nd Amendment, even though they will, if they just make the punishment so bad for anybody who uses that weapon in self-defense. That will never happen you say, well just look what is happening to law enforcement across our country. Local governments do not need to defund the police if they just make them scared of doing their job. A second form of redistribution is rent relief. The governor of California, has extended rent relief through February, renters are only required to pay 25% of their rent. By the time this is over many landlords will have had a year of reduced or no rent coming in. In the meantime, they are still required to maintain those properties, pay mortgages, pay taxes, pay employees, and pay their own personal bills. In a Democrat's mind that is okay because the landlord owes it to the renter. For Socialists, or far left Democrats, it is unfair that the landlord took risk and invested his money and is now taking rent from tenants. Eventually, the landlord will not be able to afford to maintain those properties or pay the mortgages, the property will become dilapidated and uninhabitable, and local governments will fine the greedy landlord because he has not maintained those properties, and force him into bankruptcy. The tenants will no longer have an inhabitable home, neither will the landlord, and both of them will be poor; redistribution successful! Socialism at its finest! You may have heard this before, if you vote for the Democrats, you are voting for Socialism, even if you are adamantly opposed to Socialism.
