Tex SB7

I have been reading the articles concerning new "restrictive, disenfranchising" voting laws. The MLB is being encouraged to stay away from Georgia and now the Texas senate has passed Tex SB7. Companies such as Southwest and Amazon are calling it racist. I would suggest you take 30 minutes out of your life and read SB7, most will not, and that is why the term racism is used because politicians and the MSM know people are too lazy to verify and will just think election laws are bad because they are racist. Why is there a need for new laws? The answer is that fraud cannot be assumed just because most people's ethics helps them identify something that is fraudulent. The following is out of SB7 and most of us would think this does not need to be spelled out "(b) If the results of an election show that the number of votes cast in an election precinct exceeds the number of registered voters in the precinct, the authority designated under Section 212.026 shall initiate an automatic recount for that precinct in accordance with this chapter", but it does have to be written clearly. In the last election, many of us saw things openly on our tv screens we knew was fraud, but we heard the MSM saying there is no proof of widespread fraud, and they were right. They were right because millions of dollars were paid to attorneys to dissect regulations down to the sentence and word and exploit any loopholes so that a court could not rule it as fraud. Something as simple as verifying signatures on an absentee ballot has to be written in a very methodical way so that it is not exploited. They are clearly writing rules that must be followed so that Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, nor any other candidate can question the validity of the vote. There are things in SB7 that I read and ask why that even needs to be in there, but I am not an attorney looking at it trying to figure out how to exploit the language. I cannot believe more African Americans are not insulted by the MSM and politicians calling it an attack on blacks because their right to vote is being taken away because in order to vote they have to follow really simple rules. There is a reason companies like Amazon, Delta, SWA among others are hating election rules, that reason is a Democrat Infrastructure plan that has trillions of dollars to give to these companies to go "green"; fraud begets even more fraud.
