Thank the Democrats
This article talks about "Biden putting his foot on the neck of energy", in reality he has put his foot on the neck of fossil fuel production in the US while at the same time asking OPEC to step up. Our federal government, through climate change policies, is picking winners and losers. How do we know that? There is a man named Elon Musk who is among the richest in the world and he got that way by creating a very expensive electric car that has very limited mileage. Without government help, through incentives and subsidies, Tesla would have never gotten out of the driveway. We have electric grids that have enormous amounts of government subsidized renewable energy that produces too much when we do not need it and produces nothing when we do, all while making it virtually impossible to build fossil fuel generation. The Biden administration has done many things to damage and destroy the fossil fuel industry, just as Obama did, but the worst thing for that industry is what he hasn't done and the fear of what he will do. There is a tremendous need for oil and natural gas in the US and abroad, as we have seen in the past there is a tremendous supply of oil and gas in the US that has proven that it can fulfill our needs as well as other country's needs, but this business is at a standstill. This industry is set to take off again, provide jobs, and pump wealth into our economy, but there is one thing holding it back. That one thing is the inability for companies to invest capital in an environment where a project after years of work and billions of dollars spent can just be stopped by an out of control, far left, socialist government. When you have to reset the gas pump every time you fill up because you have surpassed the amount the store will let you charge at one time at that pump and you are only half full, just thank the Democrats.
