The Addiction to Politicians

General signs of addiction are: lack of control, or inability to stay away from a substance or behavior. decreased socialization, like abandoning commitments or ignoring relationships. ignoring risk factors, like sharing needles despite potential consequences.

Many anti-Trumpers are repulsed by Trump, they hate him so much they are willing to turn to something much worse in order to get rid of him. How do I know Biden/Harris is worse? Because the number one, and most of the time, only reason for voting Biden is because they hate Trump. Why do they hate Trump so much?

They will give you many reasons for hating Trump: personality, mean spirited, disrespectful, lack of leadership, fires people, and most of all he is a racist. Why do anti-Trumpers feel this way? Trump made a promise to Make America Great Again and something happened that anti-Trumpers cannot wrap their heads around; he kept his promise! In the process of keeping that promise he criticized the political elite, he called out the media, he highlighted the failures of politicians, no matter how long they had been serving in those roles, he treated people in a mean way in order to accomplish the main promise he made, he has shown no respect to those who hate the idea of MAGA because they have made a living convincing others America is bad and needs socialism to correct it, he has acted like a leader who does not let emotions and feelings get in the way of making tough decisions - decisions like standing his ground when the media was saying his stance on trade with China would hurt farmers, when he said we have to find a way to live with COVID rather than fear from it while Biden, the media, and liberals were saying we have to hide from the virus or we all will die, when he fires a cabinet member for saying something to the media that is in opposition to his views (by the way, I would get fired as well if I made public comments about the company I work for that was in opposition to what management was saying, and I am not even that important), when he stopped illegal crossing of our borders even while the left was saying how inhumane he was, when he accomplished middle east peace deals without destroying Israel in the process, and most of all they call him a racist all while he was putting policies in place to help all races and to correct the errors of past politicians. Why do politicians and the media try to convince the public that Trump is bad for America? They say it because he offered a good economy for all people, good education for every race by offering policies that would hold those schools accountable to parents rather than politicians, he offered hope through personal responsibility, and demanded change from the status quo. Since LBJ, the established politicians from both parties, have worked hard to keep people in their lanes, to make them "The Great Society". These politicians have told people you deserve "America's" help if you have children out of wedlock, they have said you deserve better education through lack of choice and no accountability for the schools in inner cities, schools with failure and dropout rates that are way higher than graduation rates, they have promised to make lawless neighborhoods safe by removing police, all while their children are being gunned down by thugs, they have promised a clean environment when the environment is much cleaner than it has been in 30 years and cleaner than almost every industrial country, and their way of doing that is destroying the industry that provides a living for millions of Americans and gives us independence from those countries who hate America, they have promised solutions for America through ideas and policies that are absolutely unamerican, they have guaranteed religious freedom by restricting Christianity, they have promised to protect our lives from early death of diseases all while promoting greater opportunities to kill babies all the way up to birth and even after, they have promised us insurance through the destruction of the insurance industry, they have promised greater wealth for all by taking more of our money in taxes, even after we die, they have promised greater national security by bowing the knee to both our allies and our enemies, they have promised a free America by promoting the destruction of anything that celebrates the people and actions that made America free, they have promised personal rights by promoting mass riots that puts people's lives and businesses at risk who oppose the leftist views, and they promise an end to political corruption all while taking money from foreign governments and lobbyist groups in order to become extremely wealthy on salaries that are under $200K/yr. and their choice for the Democratic Presidential candidate will make sure nobody takes those corrupt riches from being taken away.

So why do people want to return to all of this? Why do they hate Trump for doing things to end the criminal behavior of those who make our laws? Because our society is addicted! We are addicted to what we know, we are addicted to politicians who make promises but do not do anything that causes personal pain in order to get us on the right track, we are addicted to the idea that we have to give the government more so they can rescue us from the detrimental policies they have created, we are addicted to the idea of keeping every race in their own lane by promising to be more inclusive, and we are most of all addicted to being safe, and safety comes from just keeping the status quo. As long as politicians can keep promising us the "fix" of safety, the high from knowing nothing is going to change, they can take away our wealth, they can take away our health, they can take away our freedoms, and the political elite can keep getting richer and more powerful while us peasants become more repressed and our addiction, that only a socialist government can fix, continues to grow. If you vote Democrat, you are only feeding the addiction that only socialism can fix.
