Victim Groups

A few days ago, I posted about the overturning of Roe v. Wade. Somebody commented on that post that in 39 states it is now illegal to have an abortion. You know something that is interesting is that in 40 states physician assisted suicide is also illegal. I am against physician assisted suicide, but it makes me question why the left, as well as all those concerned about a woman's right to choose, are not protesting the fact that this is not considered a constitutional right, especially since it impacts every person's right to choose, and Biden has never suggested an executive order on this "right". I find that ironic. The answer is in that last sentence. The left are not concerned with all rights as much as they are at creating victim groups who they can claim will have their rights violated if those groups do not vote Democrat. It is obvious that Democrats care about women's rights, unless they are able to create another victim group by violating women's rights, such as they are doing with transgenders. When I was reading about physician assisted suicide cases being ruled against in the SCOTUS, those people advocating for it said this ruling opened an OPPORTUNITY to debate this on a state level, interesting concept. With all that said, if you have ever contemplated suicide, get help. Not help in doing it but help from people who can show you how valuable you are to the people around you and to help you find your place in this world. Your life really does matter!
